Many people believe that Job Satisfaction is as important (or more) as other aspects such as salary, distance and working hours.

ReplyDeleteThe good thing to choose our work is that we can choose what we like to do and there is nothing better than working happily. Don't worry about working hours, i think is worse work fewer hours doing something you dont enjoy. So make an effort and think about a job that you really like.

DeleteI am going to give an advice to workers, not from my experience, its from how it is my personality. I think that you have to study and then try to get a job that you like doing and enjoy to perform that. The salary, distance and working hours are important factors when you choose and start a job, but principally it is to love it. You can also want to dedicate your life to an activity that don't sustains your life, or your family, but do a job, that can give you a wage, which can provide food and education to your son, and to pay your activity, that you really like.

DeleteMy personal opinion is that all people have to work on what they love to do. Everyone has a vocation, so why not take advantage? While you work long hours or stay away, you will not care because you do it with passion. Same with the wage, if you work for what you love,you can get what you want and can get very high. But if you are doing a job they which is not pleased with, you will be tired and not wanting to do it.

Everyone has one life to live and enjoy, so don't waste your time choosing a job wich is a weight for you, because you'll to deal with it all your life. Also, if you choose something you love make sure that that type of job has to secure your future.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion we must work in what we love, in what we're passionate.It has no sense to work of something that didn't conform us, pending hours doing something we didn’t like, is absurd.
The good thing of work in what you love is that you make it for you, to be happy. For more you spend hours doing your work you will not tire because it's what you love.
