i don´t know was fild does it satirise, the kind of characteristics that the parody have is that are zoombies and a lot of blood, i don't like to watcj it because i don´t like horror moovies, so the parody of a horror moovie doesenpt really amaze me.

I think that a parody is the change of something, many times the change is to cause grace, but no all of the parodies are funny. In this case it s funny. The parody exaggerate all made to make the audience laugh

I think that i wouldn t watch the film, because i don t like the parodies, speccially that, is too exaggerated, a lot of blood and zoombies.

I think that this parody can t be comparated with scary moovie, that film is really funny, shound of the death isn t funny, it is gallant.

ReplyDeleteI think that the aspects that this movie parodies about horror films are that the main characters are always afraid of zombies and panic when they see them. In this movie, the characters stop to pick a phone call or select the long-plays with which they are going to attack the zombies - they doesn't seem scared at all!
I would watch this movie because I guess it can be really funny :) parody movies always made you laugh! Plus, I don’t like horror zombie movies, they made me nervous, but if it’s a parody it’s funny!
Scary movie is also a parody movie, but it satirizes a lot of movies, not only one. For example, in Scary Movie 3, the film "The Ring" is satirized, but “Eminem” movie it’s also satirized. Scary Movie had a lot of violence between humans while in "Shaun of the Dead" the only violence is to the zombies.

DeleteWell, this film satirizes another one named Dawn of the dead, i ave seen both movies, it's aa really funny comedy, but it wont make you laugh unless you have seen the original "dawn of the dead"
ReplyDeleteLike i said it's a comedy, character never take the situation seriously and think of themselves like another day in life, oh and there is romance in the movie has well.
But it's not a movie you can compare with scary movie, scary movie it's a classic, and they make parodys of far more known movies, so when you see the alikes they have it's far more fun.

DeleteReally I don´t know what film "shaun of the dead", satirise. This film parody the attitudes of the "humans" at the presence of the zombies.I don´t find interesting the trailer, I wouldn´t watch the movie. I think scary movie is more funny and It parodies more films.

Scary movie is funnier, it had a lot of movies inside, "parodies" of them. Some characteristics are similars between what I had recently seen of The shaun of the dead and what i know of scary movie

i would like to watch it becouse i like zombies movies but i never seen a parody of one.
its diferent from scary movie i cant say which is funnier becouse i havent seen this one, but it will be really diferent. scary movie parody horror movies and make fun of them but zombies are stupid and funny in a way so i think if you have a good imagination you can create funny movies using this.

I'm not very interested in parodies, for some reason they always fail to make me laugh..
It doesn't seem as exagerated or bizarre as Scary Movie..

DeleteIf parodies don't make you laugh, it's probably because you haven't seen very good ones. I suggest you watch a classic, life Monty Python: Life of Brian, and you'll probably change your mind :)
